Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns and exchanges if the item received is not correct or found to be damaged. We do not accept exchanges due to incorrect size or fit. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receive the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange nor accept a return. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless otherwise is agreed upon. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 24 hours and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on the bank policy.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your card issuing bank, it may take a few working days for the fee reversal before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned and/or refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
