Where are the products from?
All our products are manufactured in the UAE. Fabrics and materials are from Middle East, South Korea & Indonesia.
Where are we operating from?
We are based in Singapore with an agent in Brunei.
Do I need to wear an inner with the abaya?
Yes innerwear is advised for all abaya. It is traditionally meant for layering only therefore the fabrics used are either lightweight or can be sheer under bright/natural light.
Why are there watermark/oil stains on my abaya?
Our tailors use old sewing machines that requires oiling from time to time. It is very common to see watermark or patches of oil stains on light colored abaya however it is usually gone after the first wash.
Why is my shawl black or why is it not the same colour as the abaya?
The shawl will be in the nearest shade or black depending on the fabric availability. A 100% match will not be possible as the abaya and shawl are of two different fabrics.

What are the payment modes available?
Shop Pay / PayPal - All major credit cards are accepted. Payment is captured automatically and you will receive a payment confirmation email.
Bank Transfer / Deposit - Applicable to Singapore & Brunei only.
PayNow - Applicable to Singapore only.
ShopBack PayLater- 3 interest-free installments via credit or debit card. You will be redirected to ShopBack payment gateway upon check out. Applicable to cards issued by Singapore banks only.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping notification email with the courier tracking number.
Singapore courier delivery takes about 1 to 3 working days.
We do not deliver to PO boxes as local express/international shipping will require a recipient signature in order to be completed. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs duty & taxes imposed on your purchases.

Rates will be reflected at checkout and amount will depend on your order total.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email and a tracking link is enabled. Alternatively you may log in to your account to refer to the order status page and retrieve the tracking number.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only applicable for damaged or wrong product. Returns are valid for 14 days from when you received your orders. In cases where the product purchased is out of stock, you will be given a refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to you within 24 hours of approval via your method of payment.
Can I exchange my order for a different size/product/color?
We do not accept exchanges. All sales are final.
It is important for you to refer to our size chart, get your measurements right and choose the size suitable for you. Whilst we try our best to capture the correct color/shade on camera, sometimes it may differ due to lighting and exposure.
My order has not been shipped and I have changed my mind on the order, can I cancel and get a refund?
No, all sales are final.
